REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND RETURN POLICY

This Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy ("Policy") governs all transactions, subscriptions, and interactions with the websites located at Ragers.club, and any associated digital properties (collectively, the "Site"), operated by the brand entity "Ragers" and/or "Ragers Club."

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

By utilizing this Site and purchasing any Services, you hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Parent Corporation, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, executives, shareholders, employees, agents, and medical contractors (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, litigations, or causes of action.

You specifically agree that the Released Parties shall not be held liable for any refunds, reimbursements of money, damages (actual or consequential), or legal fees arising from the use of the Services, the clinical outcomes of treatments, or any billing disputes. Your sole point of recourse for any dispute is the operating brand entity, governed strictly by the terms set forth in this Policy.

2. MANDATORY REFUND & CLAIM PROCEDURE (RMA)

To ensure the integrity of our pharmacy and medical workflows, no refund or claim will be processed unless the user strictly adheres to the following protocol:

Initial Inquiry: All requests must be sent via email to RMA@Ragers.Club.

Mandatory RMA Form: Upon receipt of your email, our team will provide a link to a Mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form. This form must be completed in its entirety, including the order number, specific reason for the claim, and a signed declaration of facts.

Processing Requirement: We will not review, acknowledge, or process any claim, refund, or cancellation that is not supported by a properly submitted RMA Form. Failure to complete the form constitutes a waiver of your claim.

3. NO RETURNS OF PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS

Pursuant to federal and state law (21 C.F.R. § 203.23), prescription medications cannot be returned for reuse or resale once dispensed. Once your order has been processed by our partner pharmacy, it is legally deemed "consumed." We cannot accept physical returns of medication for any reason, including if the packaging is unopened.

4. THE "POINT OF NO REFUND"

Pre-Processing: Refunds may only be granted if a request is received via RMA@Ragers.Club before a medical provider has performed a consultation or the pharmacy has initiated fulfillment.

Post-Processing: Once a consultation is completed or an order has reached the "Processing" stage at the pharmacy, all sales are Final, Non-Refundable, and Non-Returnable. * Medical Ineligibility: If our providers determine a treatment is not medically safe for you, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

72-Hour Rule: To cancel a recurring subscription and avoid future charges, you must submit an RMA request at least forty-eight (72) hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Late Requests: Cancellations submitted after the 48-hour window will take effect for the following billing cycle; the current cycle's shipment will be processed as final.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE SHIPMENTS

If a product arrives physically damaged (e.g., broken seal), you must email RMA@Ragers.Club within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. You will be required to submit the RMA Form along with clear photographic evidence of the damage. We reserve the right to provide a replacement or a store credit in lieu of a cash refund.

7. CHARGEBACK ABUSE AND LITIGATION WAIVER

Initiating a "Chargeback" or payment dispute without first completing the Mandatory RMA Form and allowing the brand thirty (30) days to respond is a breach of this agreement.

Account Termination: Any user who initiates a bad-faith chargeback will be permanently barred from all current and future platforms owned or operated by the Parent Corporation.

Recovery: We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to credit bureaus and to seek recovery of the original funds plus administrative fees and legal costs through third-party collection services.
